On September 8, 2024, IFER UK is excited to host the Guru Pride Awards 2024, a prestigious ceremony dedicated to recognizing the outstanding contributions of Indian educators. Coinciding with India's National Teachers' Day, the awards serve as a heartfelt tribute to the educators who have shaped extraordinary individuals, from tech leaders like Sundar Pichai to business icons like Ratan Tata and distinguished Nobel Laureates such as Venkatraman Ramakrishnan and Amartya Sen. These awards recognize the educators who cultivate leaders, nurture thinkers, and build stronger communities.

• Open to Indian Educators Only: Teachers, professors, lecturers, and educational administrators across schools and higher education institutions in India are eligible.
• Nominations: Both self-nominations and peer nominations are accepted.
• Timeframe: Nominations will be accepted from June 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024.
• Multiple Categories: A single individual can be nominated in multiple categories but can win in only one.
• Documentary Evidence: Submissions must be accompanied by documentary evidence, such as letters of recommendation, certificates, or publications, to substantiate claims.
• Final Decision: The decision of the IFER Awards Committee is final and binding.
